Descended from the mountains to explore her passions for stories, folklore, history, tradition, art and design, Neha is a writer, poetess and designer. The NID graduate has a multi-disciplinary approach, combining her flair for writing with her love for design and visual thinking. She has worked as a lyricist and scripted for several TV channels, including Disney. Writing mainly in her mother tongue Hindi, Neha uses her work to illustrate the nuances of everyday life, drawing a great wealth of inspiration from her childhood and her hometown in Uttarakhand, bringing forth the majestic Himalayas, its folklores, myths and characters into her creations. Taking her love for storytelling further, Neha started Bol in 2016- a platform to encourage writers to explore the reading and performance of poetry and short stories.
Currently she is developing and writing several film scripts and web series at Blink Pictures
